Welcome to Online Wellness Network our mission is foster a community of Complementary Alternative Medicine professionals and provide a resource for Holistic Health information. The directory will provide you with a listing of Health and Wellness professionals from Wellness Coaching, Reiki, Energy Healing, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Healing, Naturopathic Medicine, Hatha Yoga, Homeopathy, Reflexology, Meditation and more (see below for complete list). In addition to the directory you can find resources such as articles, discussion forums, knowledge bases.

Based on our definition that wellness is the awareness and alignment of the systems that support our conscious experience in a way that increases joy and decreases suffering, Online Wellness Network takes a holistic approach to healing. We devised a unique Wellness Matrix^TM, which combines body, emotions, mind, spirit, and environment to organize and understand methods of healing.

Online Wellness Network was founded by Jay Ligda. Jay holds a BS in Industrial Technology and an MA in Holistic Health Education. Throughout his education, he studied the relationship between technology and the health of humanity. For ten years he worked on his web site design business, Synergetic Web Creations. Now, he combines his knowledge of the World Wide Web with Holistic Health to bring you Online Wellness Network.
