All Per Practitioner Resources
Craniosacral Therapy
CST is a gentle, hands-on approach to evaluate and enhance the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a light touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
T’ai Chi Ch’uan
The slow, flowing movements of t’ai chi offer the student many benefits: improved balance, relaxation, stress reduction, better health. Taught in a very accessible manner, it is appropriate for anyone interested in starting to learn about this venerable Chinese art.
Zero Balancing
Zero Balancing is a hands-on system of touching the body at the interface of energy and structure after which the client feels less stress, less tension, less anxiety, and more "themselves," in addition to feeling more connected to people and the planet. During the balancing which takes from 30-45 minutes usually the client is fully clothed and lying face-up on the table.
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle hands-on therapy that works through the body’s visceral system (the heart, liver, intestines and other internal organs) to locate and alleviate abnormal points of tension throughout the body.
