All Per Practitioner Resources
Bach Flower Remedy
Bach Flower Remedies utilize the beneficial vibrations of specific plants. They help clear and dissolve negative emotions and unwanted personality traits and characteristics. They help you be the person your spirit yearns to be. A trained practitioner helps determine which essence(s) are appropriate to get to the root of the situation
Craniosacral Therapy
Through gentle light touch the health of the craniosacral system is determined by evaluating the movement of the bones of the head, spine and sacrum, the membranes that surround the brain and the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. Restrictions that are impeding the optimal functioning of this system are then released and cleared using gentle light touch. This allows the body to heal from physical and emotional traumas, reduce pain and improve ones sense of inner calmness.
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT)
Using light touch the lymphatic flow is assessed and then gently encouraged to flow in an optimal direction. This is very soothing and relaxing to the body and spirit. LDT improves the immune system as well as overall health of a person, enhancing the removal of metabolic wastes and toxins and assisting the delivery of nutrients. LDT can be used to improve healing of injuries and to reduce pain.
