Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is a generic term, usually idicating that the therapist has the ability to maintain a deep pressure.

However, what I offer is a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy - to release or remove trigger point restrictions - and MyoFasial Release - a modality that releases restrictions in the tissue connecting and surrounding the muscles and organs. This allows the muscles to operate independently, thereby enhancing mobilty and reducing pain and discomfort.
Good nutrition is vital for good health. Unfortunately our food supplies are so depleted that we can no longer obtain all the necessary nutrients our body’s require. This is why correct supplementation is so vital.

Through the use of natural supplements that impact the body at a cellular level, the expression of one’s genes can be impacted at a DNA level. Therefore, the genes you are born with, don’t have to be the genes you live with the rest of your life.

Good health is a choice. We encourage you to choose wisely.
An ancient Japanese healing art, "Rei" means "Universal and "Ki" means "Energy". Imbalances in the flow of "Ki" can result in dysfunction of our physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual levels.

Reiki Practioners receive energy activations called "attunements", allowing them to access this universal life energy to help bring balance to their clients.

Reiki is gentle but effective. One cannot do too much or too little Reiki - the receiving body will decide how much or how little it wants.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage usually addresses a specific area where injury or discomfort is prevalent. The muscles and tissue directly above and below the area of discomfort are also given attention. A combination of Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy as well as specific stretches are used to restore range of motion and mobility to the affected area.
Herbs and Supplements
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a hands-on bodywork modality. By releasing restrictions in the fascia, pain can be reduced, mobility and well-being is enhanced, and overall function is improved.
Zero Balancing
Zero Balancing is a hands-on body/mind therapy that combines the Eastern view of energy and healing with the Western view of medicine and science. It is a non-diagnostic system of healing that focuses on the skeletal system, to clarify and coordinate energy fields in the body and balance body energy with body structure.

Zero Balancing was developed by Dr. “Fritz” Frederick Smith in the early 1970s. A Western-trained Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon (1955), and a Medical Doctor (1961), Smith was committed to deepening his understanding of illness and health. This quest ultimately led him to Eastern teachings about energy, and he became a Licensed Acupuncturist in 1972. Recognizing the constraints that the medical model had imposed on his practice, he endeavored to incorporate the differing truths of Eastern and Western models of healing into an integrated system of bodywork. Zero Balancing is that therapy - a bridge between these two worlds.
