Acupuncture
Acupuncture focuses on rebalancing and strengthening the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects by preventing disease, relieving pain, and achieving longevity through overall well being. Once the body’s energy systems are in balance, the body can then focus on healing itself.
Chiropractic

Feldenkrais Method
The Feldenkrais Method creates new possibilities for comfort and well being by using movements to communicate directly with the brain through the nervous system. The work is applied through movement lessons that are safe, gentle, and pleasurable.
