Make tracking food reactions easierSmaller Font  Larger Font

Never change more than one thing at a time. For instance: don’t remove or add in two new foods at a time, or don’t remove a food and add a supplement at the same time. By making isolated changes, any reaction--good or bad--can be more definitively tied to the change.
