Weight Loss Tips

If you are trying to shed pounds and keep them off then avoid fad diets. All you have to do is switch from simple to complex carbohydrates and eat lots of vegetables. You will lose weight and improve your health. Plant foods are so low in calories that they force the body to burn its own fat. You’re not going to gain weight from a food plan that’s made up of mostly green vegetables, sweet vegetables, whole grains and small amounts of high-quality animal products. The cookies, white bread, french fries and other processed foods contributes to weight gain, not the healthy whole foods!
