Breathe Deeply 10 minutes AM & PMSmaller Font  Larger Font

Did you know the Power of Breathing? Breath is your life source. It is a way to center yourself, focus, destress and remove toxins from your body. Breathe from your diaphragm, Inhaling through your nose for 6-8counts - Hold for 2 counts - then Exhaling for 6-8 counts. Focus on a restful place in your mind, concentrate on your breathing. Bring your mind back to a centering image or word to stay focused and serene. Do this twice a day and see results in your body, mind & spirit.
